Every length includes unlimited yoga and group meditation, three wellness cuisine meals and two fresh juices or smoothies a day, an initial wellness consultation with bio-impedance analysis, and a return airport transfer.
Treatments rise with length. At ten days the package lists two private yoga classes, three 60-minute Deep Calm and three 90-minute Absolute Thai Stretch massages, two 60-minute Absolute Foot Sanctuary foot massages, a 45-minute upper body and neck massage, a facial yoga treatment, one colon hydrotherapy, two herbal heat steams, a far-infrared sauna and two Inner Reset Foot Soaks.
The property says it draws on 15 years of running its Absolute Yoga studios, and that the programme suits complete beginners and dedicated practitioners alike. The yoga studio’s timetable has pranayama and meditation each morning, then one class in the morning and one in the evening, and the property says it can change without notice. The property has a no-alcohol policy on its premises.

Asked whether a certified physician is on staff, its FAQ refers to 'trained staff' and advises seeing a medical practitioner; no physician is listed. Colon hydrotherapy is in seven of 22 programmes, daily on two detox variants. Packages are non-refundable, and the FAQ and policies page say a detox may be refused on medical grounds without a refund, so read the contraindications page before paying. The FAQ lists nausea, diarrhoea and mood swings as common detox side effects.
