Somebody who wants real Ayurvedic treatment without the monastic register — a house where the programme is properly supervised and there is also a beach, a pool and a companion who is not in treatment at all. It is the softest landing on this coast and it is not a compromise on the medicine.

What we would tell you on the phone
It is a resort with an Ayurveda hospital inside it rather than the other way round, and that is the trade: more comfort and more people, slightly less of the clinical austerity that makes Palakkad work. For a first Kerala programme that trade is usually the right one.

Resident BAMS physicians and a therapist team large enough that the twice-daily treatment schedule holds in high season, which is where lesser houses quietly slip to once a day.
We do not publish clinicians' names anywhere on this site. They move, which makes a named page quietly untrue, and naming one invites you to book a person no house can promise will be on shift — assignment is made on arrival, from your examination. What is worth knowing is how many there are and what they hold.
