What this actually is
The programme
COMO Shambhala Estate’s Wellness Paths are multi-night packages sold at set lengths, which the property says can be tailored. It describes the Integrated Wellness Path as its most detailed. Its diagnostic process combines InBody body composition scans with wellness lifestyle consultations with the estate’s residential Chinese medicine and/or Ayurvedic consultants, leading to a personalised plan.
The property says the Path combines rejuvenating treatments with ice baths, hydrotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and sleep-enhancing technology. At seven nights it lists 120 minutes of therapy treatments a day, a daily private session, three contrast therapy sessions, full-board meals and unlimited group classes. An AMILI Microbiome test can be added for a supplementary charge.
The property recommends the Path for stressed professionals, people with digestive complaints and those seeking weight management. It is for in-house guests only and sold at five, seven or ten nights. The estate’s FAQ places it in a private 22-acre forest north of Ubud, about a 90-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Day by day
The structure of the programme as the property describes it — a shape, not a timetable.
Before arrival
Before arrival
The property’s wellness page, which lists Wellness Paths as its wellness packages, says a personal assistant helps refine preferences before arrival, and that a wellness practitioner plans a personalised retreat from a lifestyle assessment the guest completes.

Arrival
On arrival
The property’s wellness page says its in-house experts review each guest’s profile on arrival and after the first wellness consultation. It does not describe the Integrated Wellness Path’s own arrival steps.

Where you stay
COMO Shambhala Estate
Described by the COMO Group as 'our resort wellness flagship' — a residential wellness resort on a 22-acre riverine forest estate near Ubud, selling six residential Wellness Paths and shorter Wellness Programmes.
Clinical and practitioner teams are described by role and qualification rather than by individual name, because staffing changes. The property will confirm the current team and explain how practitioners are assigned before or on arrival.
Clinical supervision
The property’s FAQ says all treatments are supervised by qualified specialists, including Ayurvedic doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, massage therapists and yoga masters.
The team around you
The Path page names the estate’s residential Chinese medicine and/or Ayurvedic consultants. Resident practitioners cover movement and Pilates, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine and chakra healing.
Consultations
The Path pages list an in-depth consultation with no count; the brochure counts two at seven nights, each with an InBody scan.
Your call with us is for travel planning. We can help compare the programme, destination, length, season and journey logistics. Medical questions belong with your own doctor and the qualified practitioners at the property.

Questions
Before you ask
Can I do a Wellness Path without staying at the estate?
No. The property says Wellness Paths require in-house accommodation, because each one combines the stay with treatments, movement classes and nutrition. Its two-day Wellness Programmes can be booked without a room.
Is a Wellness Path suitable for beginners?
The property says its Wellness Paths are designed for all levels, from guests new to a wellness retreat to experienced ones, and tailored to each guest’s starting point and goals.
How many nights should I book?
The Integrated Wellness Path is sold at five, seven or ten nights, and the property says length of stay can be tailored. Its FAQ also gives Wellness Paths a minimum stay of three to six nights, depending on the programme.
How do Paths differ from Programmes and treatments?
The property describes three levels. Wellness Paths are multi-day retreats for in-house guests only. Wellness Programmes are two-day experiences bookable with or without a room. Wellness Treatments are single therapies open to in-house and outside guests.
What if I am not sure which Path suits me?
The property says its wellness consultants will help identify the right Path based on your needs, health objectives and available time. Both Path pages give +62 361 97 8888; the Wellness Paths brochure gives +62 361 620 22 18.
